The AL3213D is a full duplex PAM4/NRZ CDR transceiver, which includes a VCSEL driver at the output of transmitter and a transimpedance amplifier (TIA) at the input of the receiver. The device is designed to operate at a serial PAM4 data at bit rate 56Gb/s to provide signal conditioning within next-generation pluggable optical modules.
