AL1110PCombined LA & LD Combo IC

The AL1110P is a highly integrated asymmetric combo IC. It combined a burst mode laser driver up to 2.5Gbps with a 10Gbps limiting post amplifier which are designed for fiber optic transceiver modules.
The Laser driver of AL1110P can deliver 100mA onboth modulation and bias current from a single 3.3V supply. The driver also support burst mode for PON application with a high speed switching time.
The built-in Automatic mean power control (APC) and Automatic extinction ratio control (AER) function can be programmed digitally. These two function also provide a stable and reliable control of laser under temperature vary situation.
