Currently 100G WDM technology has been widely used, but with demand increase and data traffic growing constantly, long haul backbone optical network is experiencing revolution in network architecture to increase capacity and improve large granularity service. We believe that 400G technology, as the next generation WDM and coherent optical communication, will help worldwide carriers to tackle challenges from massive data traffice, progressing into higher speed.
